Within HSO you’ll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure cloud platform and our unique, industry-specific solutions.Responsibilities React and respond to client issues in timely manner; Make sure the customer knows their problem is being taken seriously; Deliver and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) solutions internationally; Deliver business and software application services to clients; The creation of high quality, sustainable and scalable solutions; Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior; Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary; Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally; Always represent HSO Global Services in a professional and positive manner; Advise customers on industries’ best practices proactively.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy robust solutions that enhance and streamline business processes within the ERP systems and environments. Develop Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services to facilitate efficient data flows and integrations with Microsoft based solutions. Utilize APIs and middleware to enable effective communication between different systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability. Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Provide technical guidance and support to teams involved in the integration process. Stay updated with the latest Azure and relevant Microsoft solutions advancements to propose and implement innovative integration strategies.
