There is a lot of focus on learning here. There are plenty of opportunities to choose. I was on a different technology earlier. After I joined HSO, I got a great opportunity to learn a new skill, Dynamics 365, in CRM.
Our leaders provide us insights on which technologies to choose. There is a robust training structure for new technologies.

This makes HSO a hotbed for lucrative interviewing, mentoring and handling of employees and clients by the office diaspora, in general. As a developer, I get a chance to learn and work with new tools on the Dynamics platform. The remuneration structure is very well oiled and the top leadership pays due attention to the woes of the employees.
